Hi All! Today was "Farm Day" at the mall, so we took our nephew and his kids to see the animals. They really enjoyed it! He doesn't like me to post any pictures of himself or his children, but there were some pretty cool tractors, so here's a couple of those. I hope you like them as much as I do Barb really liked this one.... Here's one for our MOPAR fans.... I don't know who made this thing.... I think that I liked this one the most. They race these things ;D We really enjoyed ourselves, and just had a great day ! Doug

The one all covered in plow blades was made by Allis Chalmers. Nice shots. ;D

Some interesting and colourful farm gear. The last one reminds me of Tim Allen's character on Tool Time saying "more power". I can see him riding it now.

Tool Time: one of the best TV program(me)s of recent years.
I hope they let the kids ride round the mall on the tractors. An interesting little series. Thanks, Doug.

Doug: Really enjoyed the tractors, and Mo loved "Dottie's Deere!"

Hi Doug ! Cool farming stuff ! I also like the pink one If Mad Max would become a farmer, he would prefer the red one ;D I always thought that Plymouth only made real fast cars with big rear spoilers. Here in Europe Lamborghini also started with tractors, even Porsche produced two good looking tractor models in the late 1950`s. Thanks for showing ! MIK

A purple John Deere is just WRONG on so many levels. It's not a real John Deere anyway. It has an electric starter. When I was growing up you weren't considered a man in our area until you could start a John Deere by manually spinning the flywheel.

Hi ! I made some tractor pictures in 2005 with my good old Nikon F70. Here is a green Deere. A 1930`s German Lanz Bulldog with a special way to start, here is a link: A early Lanz Bulldog from the mid 1920`s. A tractor from Switzerland with a unusual steering for mountain farming. A German Deutz from 1935. And a Porsche Diesel ( the "l" is missing ) from 1955. MIK

Hi MIK! Those are some really cool tractors I've heard of the Bulldog, and the Porsche, but not the others. Very nice shots by the way! I think that at some point, International Harvester made an automobile that could do double duty as a tractor. I'm not too sure about that one though, it's something I read about a long time ago.
