I wonder when he runs out of cameras. Interesting project. In the end what it will show is that some lenses are better than others.

Last year I was averaging one camera a week from ebay. They were being delivered to where I work. Everyone there thinks I'm nuts, obsessed, a hoarder, a packrat, etc. I got most of the cameras on my wish-list through this process. But having seen Tony Kemplen's Flickr link, I've compiled a new wish list. One of the most elusive cameras I want, and Tony has, is the white Ilford Advocate . Whenever they come up on ebay the bidding goes way past my budget.

Bernd,
That`s a very interesting link indeed. The whole range from junk store to sophisticated, photography is a very broad field. I like the pocket fisheye ! The action man 126 camera showed up here regularly at flea markets about 15 years ago. I bought one back then for ca. 3.- EUR ( pictured at the "plastic fantastic"- section under "collecting the funny stuff" ).

Frankly speaking, I didn't know half of those cameras. An interesting selection And MIK ... the pocket fisheye is back: microsites.lomography.com/110-cameras/ I am not sure, if I would try it though ... fisheye on 110 film ... mmmmh ... but at least good news for all 110 camera lovers/users/collectors - 110 film is back and available as B/W and color film again.
