Thanks for the heads up. I was not aware that 3D cameras based on a Nikon SLR were being made. Somehow it does not surprise me that it is a German company manufacturing it.

RBT in Germany built some high quality and very expensive stereo cameras and accessories ( I dont know if they are still in business ). A friend of mine had one based on two Yashicas. A masterpiece of precision engineering. As I can remember, he paid about 2.000.- USD for it.
