I like the pic, Bob, even though I had scroll across to see it all. Judging by the sky, the lighting conditions weren't all that good, but I think it could have done with a touch more exposure in the shadows. I'm not familar with the CX-300. Has it got TTL averaging metering? And I'd get rid of those phone or power lines with an image editing program . Peter

Peter
you are correct I was fighting a light problem. I couldn't get a correct exposure (w/o going slowing than I was confident I hold steady). The Carena CX-300 is a Cosina (wow who would have guessed--LOL.) and yes it does have TTL average metering. Yeah, those power lines bothered me too...but the only kind of altering to photos I like is cropping. And there was no effectively crop them out. I have this thing about the photos being as they appeared no photoshop doctoring for me. Just a weird quirk I have. Sherri could tell you it's only one of many, I'm sure--LOL.
thanks for the comments Bob

I have run against the power line problems too Bob. Especially when trying to take pictures downtown.
