Hi folks, I'm Mark Overton in California. I was active on apug a couple of years ago, but that mostly stopped when I got immersed in writing a book. I'm collecting cameras again. My taste is eclectic, which is a euphemism for "scatterbrained". I like everything of decent or better quality, both rangefinders and SLRs. My rule is, "If it needs a battery to shoot, I don't want it." I'm good at repairing classic cameras, as I have good mechanical ability. My photography ability, on the other hand.... Well, I shoot with the cameras I've fixed, and enjoy it.
