Very interesting. Looks similar to a standard MTL (but then they all look very similar) model with an endoscope mount (used during surgury to photograph the icky bits) instead of a lens. Also seems to have cross hairs of some sort. I wonder if it has TTL metering?

If there's anything out of the ordinary about it other than the nameplate, I fail to see it. The optical attachment is different but that's pretty much it. Still, it should be a prize for a collector because medical cameras from the East are not common. Walker
