Hi all, Not Ebay becase I don't use it for buying, but I went to a car boot sale this morning and picked up a couple of old early 1920s Kodak adverts that had been copied and printed on to white enamelled sheet metal just slightly larger than A4. Quite nicely done too. I don't know what process was used but when I tried a gentle wash to get rid of some general dirt I found I could rub quite hard with a soapy sponge without touching the print in the slightest. No idea how long ago they were done, though there was a craze for repro enamelled ads as wall decorations about 15 years ago, and these were only a few pence each. I shall superglue some hangers on the backs and find a space on the wall of my den where I can hang them. Here's some scans of them. Not much around in the camera line, but among a collection of plastic fantastics, marked 'any camera 50p', I found an Olympus Trip 35 with a working shutter but a sticking aperture iris. I've got a nice working one, and like using it, but I've never been inside to see how the auto iris works. So for 50p (about 85c US) I've now got the chance. I suspect it just needs de-oiling, and I might even end up with another working one . Peter

Nice signs Peter and good luck with the Trip 35. They're nice cameras for sure, I have three and luckily all work nicely.
