They were. I have contacted both the seller and eBay, requesting that my images be removed or the auction withdrawn. I know the eBay Australia site has received my notification...I should hear back by tomorrow. I went through the rather tedious process of registering properly with the eBay VeRO system, to protect the copyrighted assets of my web site. It still amazes me how folks will lift things from it, totally ignoring the copyright information (I even have a full PAGE dedicated to it: www.mamiya35collectors.com/legal.htm and still it happens time and time again. Thanks for pointing it out, Jack. I missed that one...probably only looked at the gallery pic, which belongs to the seller!   |

That was fast! Less than four hours later the pix lifted from my web site are gone! They are out of the auction (although I notice some of the text is still there). You would think the seller, if he really wanted the information known, would just link to it!  |
