Last Christmas, I bought my son a non functioning Retina lllC. A year later, it is now back from the repairers with a new cocking rack. Having them side by side has enabled me to post probably the most boring picture - ever - on this web site!
(Larger picture here: www.ukcamera.com/collect/images/111clensmounts.jpg )
It is often asked on different forums if the Schneider Kreuznach Xenon will interchange with the Rodenstock Heligon. The answer given is always no, but nobody bothers to explain why - until now!
The mount is deliberately designed to prevent the other one being fitted. Optically it would probably be a nonsense anyway.
That's why the Auxiliary Telephoto and Wide Angles won't fit either.
The cameras are otherwise identical:
One small perforation variety (& it seems to hold true for the 111c (small c) in my collection is that the film reminder dial is slightly different with different films named. Don't know if that holds true for all variants, it may just be one camera was produced later than the other.
So if you own a Retina 11c*, 11C*, 111c, 111C, Original reflex, the answer is to look for the same make if you are planning on buying another lens.
So if you want to collect them all, you will end up with 10 - 2 each of the above, plus another two for the alternative 111c without the meter flap. Of course there are the non interchangeable lens versions if you are a glutton for punishment!

Three traps for the unwary:
*The 11c & 11C have a f2.8 lens and not an f2. There are a few f2s floating around and they are either a "bodge" with the front of an f2 married to the rear of a f2.8 or the top of the metered 111c/111C has been fitted with a non-metered 11c/C top.
The lens front & rear must have identical numbers. The number just above the self timer must match that on the lens.
The later Reflex S, Reflex 111, Reflex lV and the Retina 111S all took the same interchangeable lenses. There was no difference between the makers and the mounts.(See my previous thread)
