While I am doing my transportation pictures, here is another one. This is worth the trip from coast to coast on the South Island, unless you do as me and hire a car, which I kind of regret for this part of my trip. I should have taken the train to Arthurs Pass. A beautiful landscape and marvelous views. Almost like home here , actually NZ felt like Norway in many manners. Beautiful landscapes and easygoing people hehehe. And Ron: It`s the same humble Nikkor 24-120, *sic* I wish I could afford a sharp Nikkor... I must admit that this picture have been partly manipulated in Photoshop, nothing dramatic, but a part of my normal workflow that I use for pictures I am going to print in A4 or A3 size, 8x11 or 11x15 to those who prefer inches. Nikon D70 and Nikkor 24-120 f/3,5-5,6. For more info about these great trainrides: www.tranzscenic.co.nz/
