Thank you, kind sir. I thimk tha of all the macro and close focusing lenses, I have, the 90-180 is my favorite. The OOF, DOF and sharpness are the reason it had such a cult following. It does get to a true 1:2 more than any other zoom except maybe the Nikon 180
