The first picture (third on the roll) is from the first testroll of film in my new "bestfriend" this little performer will probably be in my pocket all the time. Low-res scans. Nettar 518/16, Novar Anstigmat and Pronto shutter, with Fuji Reala 100, Sunny16 and "guessomatic by Øivind" I think it performs way beyond my expectations. The second is another nice performer an Agfa Isolette I, with a Agfa Agnar and a modest Vario Shutter, again Sunny16 and "guessomatic", this is on Kodak Portra 160NC. This was taken last night (10.30 PM) and is the first picture on the roll. Another pleasant surprise when comes to performance. I guess that folders is a new passion Only added canvas and 50%USM in photoshop, no other adjustments. Øivind.

Øivind: That first shot is perfect. So serene it makes me wish I was there! ;D

I like both shots but the second really grabs me. Beautiful! I'm not familiar with these two cameras (my youth was misspent...) Are they 6x6 120 format?

Thanks Gene Yes they are, like a whole lot of other folders from the same era. I am cleaning up a Zeiss 515/2 at the moment, a 6x9. I guess it will be ready for a testroll at the end of the week. I kind of liked the Zeiss better, it felt more comfortable and solid. It is heavier so that might fool me a little I am actually quite surprised of the performance of these two cameras, after what I`ve read and heard I never expected the technical quality of the pictures to come out this good. People are constly talking about soft this and bla bla that. It`s good enough for me and probably the most fun I`ve had in a while for less than 30$ Cheers, Øivind
