Wow, how did you get that HUGE silouette in shot #2? Really nice stuff Bob, makes me wonder why I'm here with the rain and wind

Nice pix from Noo Joisey, Bob. You had a great photographic time.
I particularly like the ones from Pt. Pleasant beach, the second one is really impressive with that big silhouette of the gull (evil thought: you didn't drop it in with PS did you?)
The B/W picture just after it with the soft silver sand reminds me of Camber Sands here on the SE coast of the UK. That quartered chestnut and wire fencing seems to crop up all over the world.
I also like the gulls hovering over the picnic area. Those greedy blighters will pinch any food that isn't nailed down, and they're so quick!
In the last picture, have the trees taken on a permanent set from the prevailing wind, or was it really windy that day?
Re the funfair pictures from Wildwood, I love funfair pictures, they're so colourful. But where has everyone gone? To look at the bikes perhaps?

Happens to me all the time Bob - you get a nice shot all lined up and someone walks right through the middle of it!! LOL
Nice skies in all these, and good contrast. Are those gulls? They appear dark beneath. I thought of Frigate Birds or something similar??

These are cool shots, Bob. Curious -- was it windy or do those palm trees have a permanent lean? There's something about the one with the big uninvited gull that reminds me of Hitchcock!

Thanks Gene,Steve,Peter and John for looking and commenting! Peter--no I did not drop it in with PS--LOL. That darn seagull just had great timing...guess he really wanted to be in the photo. Peter and Gene-- It was really windy that afternoon----not a permanent bent. And as far as the lack of people.....after Labor Day...the crowd really thins out....but still with all the thousands of bikes there....there were enough people around. John--Yes they certainly were gulls....they survive well on boadwalk food. .
