What a mountain! I understand, that grits is a kind of Indian food. (Comanches, Shawnees etc.) A porridge made of maize? I know only Corn Flakes That 1,22 million bushels is about 30.000 tn aka Mg. A whole load for a ship or two! It must be dry because otherwise it could have a tendency to get warmer.

The tent has exhaust fans at the bottom that serve two purposes. to dry the corn and to hold the tent down
