I got out today between rain showers and exercised the FE. This time I used an AI 50/1.4 and yellow filter with Kodak BWCN 400 film rated at 230 ISO. There are a few photos so I will break them up into several posts. This is at the seaplane base.
I set the camera to 230 and let the camera's meter comp for the yellow filter. On cameras with out a meter and using a yellow filter I routinely set my hand meter to 100. It just seems to work better with the Kodak BWCN to rate it at about one stop less asa/iso for smoother less grain. I am guessing at the fact that it is 230 on the camera as the asa/iso dial was set to slightly above 200 at the next hash mark.
