My macro shots of this tree did not turn out well (it's the one where my neighbor got all upset because I was shooting pictures near his house). I had my digital with me early this afternoon, and took this picture of the whole tree (and I deliberately tried not to show his house, in case my neighbor was watching me again)! The neighbor is an old sourpuss...but the tree is spectacular! ;D

The grouch doesn't deserve such a tree. But then aren't you stealing his light waves? Mickey

That's a picture postcard shot for sure! Neighbors can be a downer, especially when 90 percent of them are renters that don't give a ladybug about the appearance of things. I have one neighbor that collects his garbage on an old flatbed trailer until it's loaded with about 50 garbage bags, then he hauls it to the dump....yuck!

....I have one neighbor that collects his garbage on an old flatbed trailer until it's loaded with about 50 garbage bags, then he hauls it to the dump....yuck! It might be efficient and cost-effective, but I agree....yuck! What a prince of a guy! Bet he attracts all sorts of critters, too, without having to go to the expense of buying peanuts and seeds! All things considered, I think I'll keep the grump!

That tree is so nice looking against the backdrop of the greener trees. Yup, I think I'd prefer the grump too!
