I have been away for a while (visiting home in Australia) and wanted to try to catch up and post some recent shots I took while I was there... It might take me a bit to get all the film developed, but I thought I would share some digital snaps as well... I took this shot while driving down from Cairns to Adelaide on the 16th last month... Sugar cane is probably the most common crop you see in Nth Queensland and sometimes the farmers burn off the leaves before harvesting it... Nasty for the environment, but it is pretty spectacular! Taken (through the car windscreen) with my Rollei dt4000 Peter
