I'm fascinated by backlit grasses and take many shots of them. In this one I'm following in Rick's footsteps and adding a bit of 'artistry' to the image to bring out what I wanted.  In Photoshop I added a touch of Diffuse Glow and a very tiny touch of Paint Daubs to accent the texture. Canon S3 IS Gene |

That's really cool Gene! I also like to shoot these but for some reason mine don't turn out very good. This type of shot is very technical and I guess my metering/exposure calculating skills aren't up to par.
