Ron, the building is thought to be 14th century, in the first known documentary reference (early 15th c) it was already there.
We have an extremely competent organist who not only knows what he's doing musically, he also knows where to go to find the necessary funding for any project like this.
This is the oratorio choir attached to the church and it gives two concerts a year like this and smaller events now and then (like carols next week). Half the members are also in the regular church choir.
The horns are baroque trumpets.
