Which do you prefer? The B&W version or the color? The old McIntyre place near where I live. DReb and Tokina 20-35

Both work for me Rick, but I think the B&W just shades it - I see a slight sepia tone to it on my monitor which adds that little "something".
Just a small observation; there's a spot on the right hand side just above the trees which may be a mark on your camera's sensor.

It is and I need to clean it. The quickie edit I use do not have a clone tool.

Rick
I prefer the B&W version...just looks much more interesting to me...and perhaps a bit mysterious....

Rick -- it's close...I like the shot...but I think I actually prefer the color.

Rick, I copied and played with both images. As presented, the B&W is - IMO - too sepia and the color too yellow/orange. Both lack contrast. I prefer the color. After manipulating them both in Corel Photo-Paint 12, I actually like both and would be hard pressed to make a choice.

I prefer the colour picture. It brings an otherwise drab scene to life.

I prefer the color version also, it's kind of a "watcher in the woods" picture.

Thank you all for the votes and comments. I was trying to get a handle on which to offer for sale and maybe a winter contest entry
