You'll only beat us by about 8 degrees. Nice shot. Is there a 'gator crossing on this road?

Sure Rick, First a beautiful red headed lady, then great bird shots, then great weather. Life's not fair, especially for married northerners, LOL.

A beautiful, inviting scene. I like the way it draws the eyes through the frame. 60F, eh? Getting warm here too. May reach 32F tomorrow. I'll have to shed some of my winter gear at these balmy temps Gene

I feel the same way Gene. Need to cast off one of these vests - I probably dont need three!
Great shot Rick, but I'm not sure what that swamp road thing is all about..... Reminds me of a lot of our country lanes - in summer!

Thanks all. John, that ia a Cypress tree swamp on each side. I do much of my bird photography there In years past it held a lot of water but with the price of cypress lumber it was drained and most of the big tree cut this is just to the left of the road one they did leave and the devastation left behind The road leads to a big open field where i set uo my telescope to photograph the stars.

I especially like these road shots Rick. These are the "wish I was there" kind of photos that make one imagine what lies around the corner. Looks like a fun place to explore!
