Sunset finch

Had some great light just at sundown. Shot with D100 and a 28-105mm Promaster lens at 105. Gonna have to eventually get something longer. ISO 250

You could have used an extender - but missed out on the impact of all the tree bark in the light. It's probably a finch - or one of that crowd! Regards - John

My hope is to eventually upgrade to a model that will meter with MF lenses. I have a really nice Tokina 80-200 f2.8 zoom that would be a nice 300mm on a digital.
