I've not been shooting as much lately, and no film at all in the last while, but my cardio rehab is progressing and I'm occasionally snapping things with one of the lightweight digicams I carry with me. I hope to be carrying my DSLR and my film cameras out with me soon, when I'm able to sustain their additional weight. Gene,
I am very glad that you are back and allowing us the privilege of seeing through your eyes once again. I like all of the pictures but I must comment that the Portable Writing Machine in number one is not nearly as elegant as your fountain pen.

Good to see you posting again and enjoying an occasional glass of medicine too.

I've added an extra minute on the exercise cycle for you Gene.

Mickey, the fountain pen is more elegant, but not as practical. I type at least three times faster than I write, and it's ready for my desk computer when I finish.
Bob, thanks. The medicine helps...
Sid, thanks for the extra minute. I can take the rest of the day off :-)

Gene, your ticker may not be 100% (yet) but your eye for a picture sure is. You still have the knack of turning ordinary things into extra-ordinary images. Number two and the last three are really good! Good to have you back! Walker

Gene: I've said it so many times, I won't repeat the praise (although I agree 100%), but I will join in welcoming you back. It's good to hear from you again. ----- BTW - speaking of "medicine"...did you see the note about the 81-year-old bottle of McCallans's Scotch that sold for $54,000 in the Christies auction on Saturday? All I could think of was "why in the world did it take them 81 years to open the bloomin' thing?" LOL! ;D

Walker, Ron, Bob, Curt, thanks for the comments, and it's good to be getting out more. Just in time for snow and ice :-)
