My great great great grandfather emigrated to Canada from the U.S. in the 1790s. His great grandson --my great grandfather (hope I got all those greats right) came back to the U.S. after the Civil War. We still have relation on the Ontario area but I think my grandfather's generation was the last to communicate regularly with them. Anyway guess I'm a little bit of a Canuck, too. Gives me twice the number of reasons for celebrating this week!
