Just tested some "new" equipment... Exa 500, small Ihagee bellows, Meyer Primotar E 1:3,5/50mm, Ilford FP4@125 ASA, no additional lighting, just ambient light from backwards through the window. post your comments,please... Philipp

...post your comments,please... Philipp I guess it's just me being a plant person, but the flowers are upside down... I have a few books here where the photographer/editor has done the same thing with Phalaenopsis orchids... For me, the blown out white area to the upper right of the flowers is also distracting... I have never used bellows & I'm sure it is pretty difficult, so congrat's for trying it! Peter

Don't you know how hard it is to get a 'straight shot' at a beautiful target such as this? Have you never taken a photograph of a beautiful woman?

Hah - was going to quietly sit in the background, but had to log in again when I saw this post!
You see this is exactly where we are going wrong, and people like Rick and Ron Head are stealing a march over us.
Wake up to the possibilities, and learn the persuasion techniques associated with the actual photography!
