Once again, Bill, one of the three sorts of picture I love: old machinery, abandoned buildings and people. Old abandoned buildings in black and white somehow seem still to carry the atmosphere of the people who lived or worked there, much more so than in colour - all right, I know, I'm just an old romantic at heart, the last of the Great Romantics! . The combination of HP5 and HC110 looks interesting. If you lot out there aren't careful you'll have me neglecting my old favourites of FP4 and ID11/D76. PeterW

I definately agree with Peter, a color shot with this subject just wouldn't have the same soul this one has. Well done unclebill!

I like FP4 too with Efke/Adox 100 right behind as my medium speed films of choice.
I chose Hc110 to process my HP5 as I was not sure if the Ilfosil S still had any life left in it. Great developer but it does not keep like HC110 or Rodinal.
