A snap I took of my lovely wife while she was trimming the hedges. Nikon F-801s, Tokina 35-135mm MF (from Wayne), Blacks 100 (Fujicolor) Gene

Gene: A well-composed (didn't expect anything less from you), beautiful image of a beautiful lady.

Nice shot Gene, if she's anything like my wife she's thinking of ways to get back at you for taking her picture. Freda tells me I always take her picture when she isn't ready.

Lovely picture, Gene. Black and white really suits this. Excellent tone range and beautiful composition. Everything falls into place. All the lines lead you to Marion's eyes, tuned and looking straight at you, and the brim of the hat echoes the slope of her arm. It just wouldn't have been the same without the hat, or if her glasses had been pushed up. A picture I would have been very proud to have taken. Well done. PS. Your talent is showing again . PeterW

Gene, what they said! That's a picture that needs to be in your scrap book for future generations to admire.

Gene,
I don't know what to say. It is such an excellent picture. There is no way to improve it. It must be the model.

Thanks everyone!
Marion is easy-going in front of a camera and consequently takes a good pic most of the time. We like family photos so she normally doesn't mind when I take snaps of her.
