So does Fed-Ex. A few years ago I ordered four replacement MacPherson struts for my car. The seller shipped them Fed-Ex ground to my parents place so someone would be around to sign for them. When they didn't arrive in timely fashion, I called the seller asking for tracking info. The seller said the package was back on their dock, the paper work indicated I had refused delivery. I followed up with Fed-Ex. They discovered the package never left the Orlando terminal. The delivery driver must have decided it was too big and heavy, marked it refused and never loaded it into the truck!
