My daughter and her husband are here today with their three boys (oldest 9). Just now he asked, "I know what a right angle is, but what's a left angle?" I thought about a right angle in the first quadrant, but then thought it sounded a little too Startrek. So I just said I didn't know. "OH!!", in great surprise. "I thought you knew everything, Granddad!" Such is the burden of being the ancient oracle! PeterW

Peter, Peter, Peter,
If a right angle is 90 degrees then surely a left angle is the angle that is left which is 270 degrees.
A left angle is also sometimes called a wrong angle but a wrong angle is really what I get when doing woodworking and try to measure any angle.

I think the left angle is popular in California.

Could it be a right angle viewed in a mirror? Or in a TLR? Walker
