Anybody know anything about these? I'm looking at a Pentax SV and I see various clip-on accessory shoes advertised. Will these fit all S series Pentaxes?

It seems (again seems ), that if the shoe fits to one Spotmatic, or S it will fit all. The viewfinder and the whole top plate are nearly identical. The gap between "forks" is 18mm (0.7 Inch)

Thanks Reiska. I've also seen one with "ears" at the side (some form of latch?) possibly described as MK II version.

Yes, indeed. This older version has a tendency to slip away when you remove the flash unit. On the other hand it obviously is harder to confix but when it is done, why remove it?

Hi Rachel, I don't know if the accessory shoe with "ears" is a "Mk II" but it does attach firmly and the ears muct be depressed for release. I have both models and the one with ears is the better of the two as you'd expect. Walker
