and guess what was inside? About 2 months ago a building I pass almost everyday collapsed....I always wondered what was in this unusual building.. Seems it was filled with Third generation Corvette bodies and who knows what else..... photos taken with: Praktica MTL 5 , Pentacon 50mm F1.8, Fuji 100. Bob

Something that happens several times with every winter that brings a lot of snow. Same thing happened to an acquaintance in Springfield, Vermont several years ago. Barn collapsed on his car collection. At the end of my street, the roof fell in on the local tire store that same winter. There are always a few buildings you can look at and tell they don't have too many New England winters left in them.
I see fabricated trusses in this pile. Must have been a fairly modern building.

yes, I believe it was a fairly modern building. What always caught my attention as I drove by it (when it was standing) was a second story overhead garage door with no way to access it. No driveway....no lift...nothing just a garage door into open air---always made me wonder. And then to find that it was loaded with 3rd generation Vette bodies.....now adds to my imagination..... Bob
