Modern digital resolution ain't bad. The first photo is a full frame show drom the Nikon D300 using a f1.8 50mm Nikkor. The second shot us a cropped section. I didn't spend a lot of time in post processing--probably could have done a little better on the posts.

I'd be more than pleased with definition like that from 100 ASA film.

Thanks Peter. This was shot at 200 ISO--where I keep it set unless more speed is absolutely necessary.
