I wanted to capture the essence of a old camera, and I hope I succeded. Please critique. Edit: Image issue.

Alex, really like the sepia tone! The pic really works for me! The only change I might try would be to shoot it vertically to catch the entire camera and less background. Roy

Alex,
I like your picture but I think you should have included all of the camera including the focusing mechanism on the drop bed. That is something one does not see on today's cameras. You might also have raised the hood on the viewfinder. Also if that is the camera with the curved top of the drop bed I think it might have been shown as it is such an elegant shape. The sepia is a great touch.

Alex, it's a lovely camera and I like the sepia. What I'd suggest is a softer light source. Maybe window lighting or something like that. I think it would add character and beauty to the lines.

Like Mickey, I wouldn't crop so tight and like Gene, I would try to soften the lighting a little.
