Dug out an ME Super that I thought had died, put some new batteries in it, and it fired up. Shot a roll with it to see what would happen, and it worked! Promaster 28mm, wide open 1/30 handheld--aperture priority Yeah, it was raining! Rikenon XR 50mm Vivitar 2600D flash, cropped. Pepper- (Not camera shy like my Rott!) Viv/Kiron 75-150 at about 100mm -exposure comp dialed in Shot off my front porch Enjoy Roy

Great shots, especially the last one! I need to get around to shooting with my "basic" ME someday, but there are just to many darned cameras..lol

Thanks Alex. I have an ME too. I bought it new, and completely wore it out! Nice little camera. When you learn to fiddle the ex. comp. and ASA settings, you can make it do anything you want it to. On mine, the hot shoe failed first, then the meter switch got cranky, and finally went completely at a most inopportune time. Hence my current love affair with mechanical cameras. The ME Super sure is nice, tho! So are all 3(!) of my P3n's---Aw Heck, I just like cameras!
