I'm trying to work out what comes 9 months before early August, but no - that's unworthy! Anyway Happy Birthday to paulatukcamera, Budzeetl, peedee, and johnc2wa.
Many happy returns Paul and Bud. Not sure that I've heard from peedee or johnc2wa too much - but happy birthday anyway!
Regards - John

My name is Harvey. I'm 76 and just this year got into camera collecting. My aim is to acquire one of each major type within film cameras. I started with a Target Brownie 620 for a buck. I haunt garage sales. For 2 bucks i got a Kodak Pony 135, with a cassette of Agfacolor Special 12 exp film in it. I have a fixed lens Retina RF Auto and a Retina S SLR, a Minolta auto focus, a Canon GIIIQl17, and 2 folding Kodaks: a Sr 620, a Tourist II, 2 Canon point & shoot, and Polaroid Talking. Not to forget the Argus C-3 I payed too much for. My very first camera was an Ansco Clipper and I just added it to my collection.
I've shot color print ASA 200 through the 35mm cameras and they all work except for GIII. I'm sure it would work if a replacement power source were available. Can I use TMAX Pro b/w 400 asa outdoors by setting the asa dial to 400 if the max shutter speed is 500 at f22? Harvey R. Rochester NY

Harvey,
Welcome.
That is a very ambitious challenge you have set for yourself. It should be an an enjoyable undertaking without an end. You seem to be off to a good start.
"Can I use TMAX Pro b/w 400 asa outdoors by setting the asa dial to 400 if the max shutter speed is 500 at f22?" On a sunny day f16 might be a better choice. Are you familiar with the "Sunny 16" rule?
