I visited my favourite flea market this morning. I have not been there in almost 6 months nor have I bought a camera in that interval. I couldn't resist this Primo Jr. 2 in near pristine condition with case and a few accessories, even a roll of long outdated 127 film for $50. Mickey

It rings a bell as regards being from the Topcon stable - and the bell is fully rung having now looked it up.

Dave,
It was made by Tokyo Kogaku Kikai K.K. - Tokyo Optical Co. who also produced the Topcon cameras.
It was marketed in the USA by Charles Bessler Co. As the Primo Jr. II and as Sawyers Mark IV. It has Light Value as well as standard shutter speed and aperture settings.
They also sold another camera with a standard shutter using the same names.
