1. I find that Photobucket's upload speed at best is barely acceptable. At its worst it is slower than a snail with an ingrown toenail. Does anyone use Photobucket Pro and is it appreciably faster? 2. Is it possible to download a number of pictures from Photobucket to The Camera Collector without going back and forth repeatedly between Photobucket and The Camera collector for each picture? Mickey

I don't use Photobucket.
Speed: ImageShack and flickr have both had spells of being slow, but both have been fine for ages.
In answer to 2: if there is a solution I have yet to find it. I can block upload to ImageShack and flickr, but I haven't found how to do it the other way.
I have played with one or two others - the Kodak site for instance. I tend to use ImageShack the most. The main flickr account is really the rugby club site, although most of the photos there are mine.

Thank you Dave.
Perhaps I am looking for something that doesn't exist.

Hi Mickey ! I use the photobucket stuff, uploading speed is ok, but sometimes it does not work at all. The sentence " server not available " comes regulary, I am not angry about that, this circumstance gives me the opportunity to read a book MIK

Micky, I can't see that you can copy code for more than one picture at a time.

I use photobucket. Upload speed is very variable but then I don't use it enough to worry about. I mostly use it for this forum. It is reliable as a picture vault and I can't recall it ever being down.

Photobucket works okay for me. I name my photos in a series like 1, 2, 3, and so on, so when I post multiple pics I can just change the number not the name.

I have an i Mac computer and use, on occasion when sending photos Apple Mail. There is a section called "Show Stationery" in which I can pick from either "Birthday" or "Announcements" a total of 8 different cards each of which allows me to simply drag one or in some cases up to 5 more photos from any site. It is so simple and so fast. I do not know enough about the mysteries of computers to understand how it is accomplished or if it is even feasible for a site such as The Camera Collector. But what a great boon it would be and how it would simplify downloading multiple pictures. However, as I have repeated before, "If wishes were horses beggars would ride."
