Could the alphabet game ("competition") be moved into a section of
its own? It's currently blocking the Themes. I thought that was a good
idea, a place to post an odd photo now and then whenever one
turned up that suited a topic, or start a new one. I know the themes
are still available, but the game needs to be always on top so as to
keep up with the latest moves.

Perhaps as the instigator of this problem I should keep quiet.
Nevertheless I think SidW's idea is excellent.
However, as a computer klutz, I have no idea what may be involved.

I did see the post in the early hours of the morning, but didn't quite have the enthusiasm to comment on it at 2:20 a.m. UK time. I agree too. That said I tend to use the "New Topics" menu, and whatever is last in is at the top. I do from time to time review the other, older, threads: sometimes something does get lost in the welter of rubbish we manage to generate. Though, to be fair, some of it is excellent rubbish.  |

Good idea and I would do it but don't know how to create a stand alone for it.
