Nothing wrong with those results, but the bike in the last picture is rather odd looking. Quite apart from the chain being off the sprockets and the flat tyre, someone seems to have sprayed it - frame, wheels, tyres, controls - the lot - with light brown paint. Any idea why? There's got to be a story behind it PeterW

Thanks for the explanation, Col.
Our local council has quite a liberal attitude to "street art" provided the artist asks first. A council inspector will look at it and either refuse or give permission for display for a set period.
If if was displayed without permission one of two things would happen.
1, the local council would stick a 10-day removal notice on it on the grounds of either visual pollution or a posible danger to young children. If it wasn't removed the council would take it away and charge the owner about £30 for doing so, plus a possible fine.
Or 2, some out-of-work teenagers would take it either for the parts or possible rebuilding into a useable bike. Technically theft, but I don't think the police would be very energetic trying to find out who took it.

Hi Col ! The Zorki-4 indeed is a nice camera and a solid one too. I have a Jupiter 8 2/50 mounted on mine. You have taken some superb pictures, I was also wandering about the "total rusty bike" picture.
Peter, adiitional point 3 will happen here: nobody, except some photo-guys like us, would really care about it. It would have been rusted away in 100 years...
