We took Lilly to get groomed, the groomer had some new (one week old) baby goats. She took us to see them, and I got some shots of the girls loving one of the babies. I haven't seen my Barb this happy in a long time! She just loves little animals Here's the groomer, Joan. Here's the little goat, who by the way, isn't any bigger than Lilly! We had a nice visit. Goats are wonderful animals: young kids even more so. I glanced earlier and see a change in the pictures. They'll all as good as each other. You could almost get away with saying that it's a lop-eared rabbit in the middle photo.

They're really cute! You're right Dave, I did change the pictures. For some reason they weren't loading correctly on my computer, I assumed they'd been lost, and did the whole thing over using some different photos. Joan was holding the little one up for a photo, and he quickly turned and started licking her face There are three new kids. She also has a couple of llamas. She's very nice, and does a great job grooming, doesn't charge much either. Barb doesn't like the photo I took, but I just love that smile!! Doug

I think goats are amazing creatures.
I recall on a vacation to the Caribbean Island of Curacao seeing goats climbing trees to get at the leaves. They seem able to go where no other creature can.
