Kenn, we have had the occasional photo of covered bridges - and watched the film of the one that was washed away a few moths back. It's always good to see some more. Certianly you seem to specialise in them over there.

Certianly you seem to specialise in them over there. Dave. Dave, We do have quite a few of them over here. According to this web site pacoveredbridges.com/ there were once nearly 14000 of them in the US. Now sadly there are less than 900 left. I am lucky that within an hours drive of where I live there are close to 40. They are something that I have always taken for granted. Hopefully this year after the work on the house settles down I will be able to photograph some of them. Larry

Kenn, is that first bridge of the last two pictured the shortest in existence? I did notice on one of the links there was one billed as the longest (though possibly only in its State).
