The project will be: Take some images using my PinHole camera, because I will be using a blend of old and new. There will be some technical modification .
For a start I will use 400ASA film rated at 1200 then processed in a two part developer. This type of developer produces very flat negatives with tones bunched around the middle of the histogram. Once scanned that should be great for making digital negatives .
Now as for the negatives I have been testing some transparency film in my laser printer/ stationery stores . So far the results are crap! as are the results from the local stationery stores.
Now I'm thinking about investing in one of the inkjet type printers. but haven't a clue what one ..also want something not that expensive.
After much web searching I have found a transparency film that has been designed for making negatives . So my first job on Monday is see if I can find any of it in the local shops.

My English might be too bad, but I can't understand a word of what you are intending to do ...

I have just realised I have left something out, and dosn't make much scene.
The reason for making digital negatives is because I want something larger then the original camera negatives.
This is should give a better idea of the project.
#1 Using a PinHole camera take some pictures on 400ASA roll film.
#2 process the film in a two part developer.
#3 scan the negatives into a digital format
#4 using Pant Shop Pro ( sorry I don't like Photo Shop) enlarge the images and re-work for a better quality.
#5 print these large negs onto transparency film
#6 make contact prints using home made salt paper ( this type of printing is over 100years old and was the type used by William Fox-Talbot)

Thanks. Now, I got it. Sounds like a complicated process. Looking forward to your results !!!

I hope I can get the transparency film.. if not I will strip the back layer off normal photographic prints. By the way may of the early Fox-Talbot prints where made from paper negatives. A couple of images on home coated salt paper ..neg size 4X5"
