I also have a Va. It is probably in the best condition of any of my Rolleis. I will never understand why they made the shutter so you have to cock it and then pull it back or who's bright idea the inter-coupled shutter speed and aperture was. Despite it's eccentricities it's a pretty cool camera. You have the little body release, I understand it is seldom found with the camera. Mine has one as well. Nice picture BTW.

Thanks Dwight. Yes I do have the screw in shutter release... It's the greatest little thing because it negates having to push the lever back to fire! I would hate to try to find (& pay!!!) for one if I didn't have it. I was also initially unsure about the EVS lock, but now find it quite handy to just read the EV directly off my Lunasix meter & set the camera.
