Thought I'd show one of my "new" toys with everyone. I'd been looking for a good one for several years, and finally came across one that one of my regular traders had found. It took some wheeling and dealing, but I finally leveraged this baby from his hands. A mint black Contaflex S set was the cost. I've shot quite a few uncoated tessars, with varying results. Usually age, use and years of sitting in some closet have taken their toll, but not this one. This is a few from the first roll I shot a couple of months back. Its since seen quite a bit of action.

Ben,
That is a very handsome camera and it produces very handsome pictures.
Yet another "I gotta have one."

Just a gorgeous camera in truly excellent condition with the added bonus of being a very capable picture taker. You did well getting it. Mickey can have one after I find mine, just kidding. I will put one on my list too though.

Thanks Mickey and Bob. It is a fun camera to shoot, and the big albada finder is quite a view. First thing you notice is, how much lighter it is than other TLR's. Well I have the day off, took the kids to school and packed up the bag. Gonna head out to the Delta today with the Prominent, Medalist, Ikoflex III and a couple of folders, and burn some film.

I've always wanted one of those in that kind of shape. I once had one. It was in terrible shape but took great photos.
