Going to Kansas City next weekend, if they get the snow removed in time. I love that barbeque, but I'm fond of Memphis barbeque as well. Never met a barbequed brisket or rack of ribs I didn't like.

Um, not sure where you go the idea that memphis is the capital but nice cool pictures of the three little pigs
