Hi All! We went out shopping today, and I found a couple of cameras at a local antique shop. One is an Ansco Flash Clipper for the collection, the other is what I believe to be a Super Dignette 500L. I'm not 100% sure as there is no badge on the camera, it must have come off. It has a flash cube socket, a hot shoe, and a Rodenstock Color Trinon-Lanthan f2.8 / 45mm lens ( sounds impressive, does it not? ) in a Prontor 500 S shutter. I paid 8 USD for both. I thought I might sell the Dacora, but it's kind of nice, I think I'll keep it instead I'll take and post a couple of shots of them in the morning. I sure enjoy collecting! Doug

The name plate on a Dacora being missing is very common, they just stuck it in place, as they sold the camera under many names, Boots in the UK, Porst in Germany, etc.,etc. They are from 1969 or so, it is amazing that Rodenstock got their name on the lens! The main product they made, and still make, is lenses for eyeglasses rather than just camera equipment. Stephen.

Had some time today. Here it is.......... I think it's nice, I've never seen a camera with a hot shoe and a cube socket before. Now I'll have to round up some flash cubes for some real funky fun Doug
