A carcinogenic camera! Does it still work?

That's wonderful, you could put it on a table in a restaurant and casually snap away. Except the smoking police would be harassing you.

The Russian's made both Vega 16mm and Kiev 303 16mm cameras in this disguise, (various brands!!) and Whittaker(US) in the 1950's did their spy cameras in such cigarette pack casings. I think Players, (UK), did a promotional 110 camera in the black pack finish in about 1976 to promote the Players Lotus F1 motorsport team, and earlier had done a 126 in the same livery. Stephen.

Yes you may! A fellow at the flea market has a Konica I model in very nice working condition. He won't go any lower than 40 USD for it. If I can make enough on this one, it will help offset the cost. That's how I work Doug

Here's an update for those interested. I sold it, and got 35 dollars for it, more than enough to offset the cost of the Konica. Life is GOOD!!!

Doug That's about how much a pack of real cigarettes costs in New York City and Chicago now. Glad I quit six years ago. Couldn't afford to smoke nowadays. W.

There were a couple of similar cameras in original blister packs on Ebay a few days ago, they have the same release and viewfinder position. Stephen.
