While I was setting up for this shot, a good old-fashioned California shaker hit here in N. California. 5.7 on the Richter scale centered near Lake Almanor about 45 air miles from here. Compared to other quakes around the "Rim of Fire," this one wasn't too strong, but it lasted close to a minute. No reports of damage so far, but sure woke folks up! After things stopped shaking (especially my hands! 
) I went ahead and took the shot.
