Pity it never got to production, but all makers do such prototypes, but they very rarely surface for sale like this one. Stephen.

I would at least like to hold it in my hand. I would also like to wander around Weztlar for an afternoon taking pictures with the with the Ur-Leica. Remember to put the lens cap on before you wind it!

It seems to me a plain ripoff of the pen F even down to the Rotary shutter. On the other hand it looks so modern, i've expected to see a LCD screen on the back, i think no changes to the design would be neccesary if they should decide to re-issue it as a retro chique DX camera.

Reading between the lines they may have co-operated with Olympus. Pr just ripped them off. This camera has a spring wound motor that will transport 24 exposures in one wind. Not bad at all really.
