While actually an SLR, it uses 110 film so I put it here........ Please don't hate me, but I had to get it. The camera was in a baggy at a rummage sale. I asked "How much?", and they said " is a dollar too much?". I'm on quite a roll lately Doug

Wow! On a roll is putting it mildly! Nice catch, Doug It even looks like the latch on the winder door is intact! That is very rare. Every one (including mine!) that I have ever seen has been broken. Be very-- VERY--gentle with the latch! It's actually the hinge lugs that break. LOVE those little cameras! Roy

Well, if you insist in baring everything. Naked is as naked does. It works beautifully but wont take a picture due to light getting in somewhere. Mickey

A few years back, Bob had bought a lot of cameras off of someone. He snagged the stuff he was interested in and let me pick through some of the "crap" left over. Now I had never picked up an SLR camera until Bob gave me my first Konica T3 almost 10 years ago. My 20's and 30's, my camera of choice were the Pentax IQ zooms. Prior to that it was always a 110 pocket camera. But since I had never seen a 110 SLR, I just had to glom this one out of the leftovers. 2013 08 18_2335 by rwethairyet, on Flickr 2013 08 18_2336 by rwethairyet, on Flickr Now I found out they came in clear??? I want one! Did they come in colors, too??

I hear Pentax is working on a Chameleon Camera. Turn a little dial to make it any colour, match any outfit or decor you wish. Place it against any surface, flick a switch and it will match any pattern.

Hi All! I just got a good deal on some 110 film, 3 cartridges for 2 bucks What I need to know is, if I send it off to get developed, will they send the cartridge back with the prints? Doug BTW Roy, the winder works, but eats batteries at an astonishing rate. Maybe I'll try some rechargeables.

In theory.... you will never get the cartridge back, as Kodak developing instructions were to break the cartridge back to remove the film, but if you know the processors well, then ask them if you can arrange to have the film removed without damaging the cartridge in any way, it is actually easy to do. But try to get the promise in writing!...and place the request on paper, in the form of a letter that you have signed. By all means point out that you are expecting replacement films if the request is disregarded, but put it nicely, not a threat!! Don't forget to request the backing as well. I presume that you have using un-perfed 16mm film in the 110 film cassette?

Nonsense, you still need a light sensitive film, just put the lot in a changing bag and whip it out very quickly indeed and take the shot, put it back and close the bag very quickly................. Stephen.
P.S the clear ones were made as promotional items by lots of makers.........of plastic cameras! When Canon issued the AE-1 they did a clear one, and Olympus commented they could never have done the OM1 as it was all metal......

Lomography is selling color print and black and white film. I've picked up a bunch of b/w film for the Pentax and for a little Rollei 110 that I own.
Pentax put a lot of marketing effort into this little SLR system in the late 1970s. Minolta also had two SLRs for the 110 format.
Lomoraphy also has a negative mask for scanning and offers processing, too.

SidW, "You need special light insensitive film for the transparent ones."
That must be where I went wrong.

I have one of these beauties and the quality is quite good, I can buy Lomo 110 film at my local art shop. I've recently made an M42 adapter (thats one of the things I do) from an old 50mm lens. The exposures are spot on but there is vignetting.
I'd post pics but fotki now want an annual fee...
